Can I decorate items with my logo?
Yes! We decorate ceramic and glass items with no minimum order quantity, in-house. If you would like a quote for this service, select the items you need and then add them to your branded quote. You can then upload you logo to the enquiry form. We will then email a graphic design of the items decorated with your logo and a quote.
How long does delivery take?
From stock we deliver plain orders in 2-5 days depending on your location. Shipments overseas can take longer and we will quote this lead time. New decorated orders take 3 weeks from order date. Repeat decorated orders take 10-14 days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do. Online order shipping is automatically calculated when you check out and, if you want a quote for custom printed items, we will include shipping when we send you the quote.
How do I know if you have it in stock?
If you can add the item to the basket, then we have it in stock. Items out of stock are marked “sold out”. You can click the “notify me when available” button and you will be sent an email when the item is back in stock. If you send an enquiry for a sold out item, with a logo, we will inform you when it is back in stock, when we send you the quote.
What’s the best size for each drink e.g. cappuccino, latte, espresso?
There is no “best” size! It comes down to preference and the type of coffee you are serving. We can help you to select the best size of cup for each of your drinks with free samples – just ask one of our sales people on 0114 248 9416 for assistance.
If I need an item that is not in stock, can you source it?
We may be able to. Just send an email to email@example.com, describing the item you need, and we will get back to you with the options we have available.
Are you eco-friendly?
We use second hand boxes supplied to us by local companies for both outer packaging and for interior padding. This is in line with our commitment to sustainability!
